NN Hardloopsupporter (Running Supporter) 2026
These general terms and conditions apply to the campaign “NN Running Supporter” organised by Nationale-Nederlanden (hereinafter: the Campaign). This campaign was initiated by Nationale-Nederlanden.
The campaign is carried out at www.hardloopsupporter.nl. From Tuesday 24 March up to and including Sunday 12 April 2026 at 10:00, it is possible to submit cheering videos for the NN Marathon Rotterdam, which will take place on Sunday 12 April 2026. The aim is to show as many cheering videos as possible to participants of the NN Marathon Rotterdam. After the NN Marathon Rotterdam, the submitted cheering videos can be viewed at www.hardloopsupporter.nl.
Nationale-Nederlanden reserves the right to stop the campaign at any time without giving reasons or to amend these general terms and conditions in the interim. A revised version of the general terms and conditions will then be posted at https://www.hardloopsupporter.nl/nl/voorwaarden, stating the date of amendment.
By submitting a cheering video, an agreement is concluded between, on the one hand, Nationale-Nederlanden Nederland B.V., having its registered office at Schenkkade 65, 2595 AS The Hague, “Nationale-Nederlanden” or “NN”, and the natural person who submitted the cheering video, hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”.
1. Participation
1.1 Participation in the campaign is free of charge.
1.2 Participation takes place via the campaign page at www.hardloopsupporter.nl.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1 Nationale-Nederlanden is the rights holder of the campaign page. Nationale-Nederlanden grants the Participant a non-exclusive right of access to the campaign page.
3. Personal data
3.1 Nationale-Nederlanden, or the processor appointed by it, processes the Participant’s personal data for the purposes of the Campaign. How we handle your personal data can be found in our privacy statement. (https://www.nn.nl/Privacy.htm)
4. Intellectual property
4.1 The Participant retains the (intellectual property) rights vested in him or her, including after the moment of submission.
4.2 From the moment of submission, the Participant grants Nationale-Nederlanden a free of charge and unlimited right of use, including for publication of the submission and the video, photo and audio material forming part of it, in the broadest sense of the word, including, in any event but not limited to, use in all possible media, including the internet and national daily and weekly newspapers.
5. Exclusions
5.1 Nationale-Nederlanden reserves the right to exclude submitted cheering videos from supporters from the campaign if they contain inappropriate, obstructive, defamatory, insulting, threatening, infringing, improper or unlawful images, texts, subjects, names, materials or information.
5.2 Nationale-Nederlanden is not liable for any damage (including consequential damage) caused by technical or editorial errors or omissions occurring on the website, nor for any (consequential) damage resulting from the use, the presentation, the making available, or the temporary unavailability of the website.
6. Implementation of the campaign
6.1 Nationale-Nederlanden cannot guarantee that the cheering video submitted by the Participant will actually be shown during the NN Marathon Rotterdam on Sunday 12 April 2026.
6.2 The Campaign runs from Tuesday 24 March up to and including Sunday 12 April 2026 at 21:00.
6.3 Nationale-Nederlanden is not responsible for any damage arising from the cheering videos shown during the NN Marathon Rotterdam on Sunday 12 April 2026.
7. Other provisions
7.1 Nationale-Nederlanden excludes any form of liability.
7.2 Dutch law applies to this agreement.
7.3 A dispute exists if either party claims so. If the parties cannot reach an amicable solution to the dispute, the District Court of Rotterdam has exclusive jurisdiction to rule on the dispute.
